EcoLeaders in a Nutshell (4 elements)


1. Mission/Higher Purpose

EcoLeaders is a movement originating in schools devoted to developing socially and environmentally aware leaders with passion and responsibility to create a more sustainable, just and non-violent world

It is vital to this mission that EcoLeaders expands to become a large web of participating schools that provide a platform for students and their mentors to learn the art of leadership through experience by putting the underpinning values and principles into action

In addition EcoLeaders aims to establish an ever expanding alumni network that sustains the leadership development of its members beyond high school by applying their learned skills in higher education, workplaces and the wider community
